Return Policy

Electronic commerce is regulated by several normative acts, but the most important laws that regulate the return of remotely purchased products are:

  • Government Ordinance no. 34 of 2014, regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts;

  • Government Ordinance no. 38 of 2015 on the alternative resolution of disputes between consumers and traders.

The buyer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchased products, without giving a reason and without penalty, within 14 days of receiving the ordered products.

The only cost borne by the buyer is the shipping fee for the returned products. For all returned products, the shipping fee is borne solely by the end customer – we will only refund the product amounts, not the shipping.

The returned products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, preferably with their packaging, the labels and seals of the equipment intact, accompanied by the tax invoice, proof of payment, warranty certificate, technical documentation, instructions for use, etc. .

If you have purchased several identical products and wish to return them all, please ensure that only one of them has been unsealed. The return of the other products is accepted if they are sealed.

The buyer bears the responsibility for any possible decrease in the value of the products, if following the verification of the conformity, properties and functionality of the products it is proven that this devaluation was caused by improper handling by you.

Products that are not accepted for return:

  • products brought on the basis of a firm order, the provision of which required payment in advance;

  • complete photovoltaic systems designed, delivered and installed (if applicable) following a firm order;

  • products on which unauthorized interventions have been carried out, which show obvious signs of use, excessive wear, scratches, chips, bumps, deformations, mechanical / electrical shocks. Visually inspect the products when you receive them from the courier and contact the retailer as soon as possible if you notice any aesthetic defects. Mention these defects also on the documents accompanying the products received from the courier.

  • accumulators showing traces of use on the terminals;

  • several identical products if they have all been unsealed.

After sending the returned products by courier, their evaluation by our staff, you will receive an answer to your request by e-mail (accept return / refuse return / clarifications). In the case of a favorable response to the request, a cancellation tax invoice will be issued, following which you will receive the amounts due within a maximum of 14 days in the bank account mentioned in the return form.
