Depending on the value of the order, the delivery can be made free of charge or for a fee through courier companies ori own fleet.

After establishing the delivery details, the purchased products will be transported by courier or own fleet to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order.

After confirming the order, the term for delivering the products to the courier is approximately 1-3 working days (depending on the quantity of products ordered, size and weight).

The term of delivery of products by the courier varies from 1 to 5 working days (depending on the quantity of products ordered, size, weight, delivery address). Certain localities are not covered by courier services, the products can be picked up from the nearest logistics center of the courier company through which the delivery was made.

The maximum period in which the customer takes possession of the ordered goods is 15 working days (excluding the Easter, winter, Black Friday holidays). Exceeding this deadline leads to the possibility of canceling the order without further explanation.

A series of marketed products that exceed in weight, length, volume, or present a major risk of damage during transport (example: photovoltaic panels, bars from fixing systems with length over 3 m, products with a gross weight over 200 kg, etc.) will be delivered by alternative transport methods (example: freight exchange, palletized transport solutions, etc.). In this case, the delivery time is longer than that of the courier companies.
